MINISTRY OF TOURISM &
ANTIQUITIES

April 22nd, 2018 A protocol was signed with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities based on an idea proposed by Al-Tahrir Real Estate Company to establish an archaeological museum in Hurghada This contract is the first of its kind in the history of Egypt between the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the private sector.

RED SEA
GOVERNORATE

On November 18th, 2017, the cornerstone of Hurghada Festival City was laid in the presence of the Governor of the Red Sea at the time, as this project is considered to be the largest commercial, administrative, and entertainment complex in Hurghada.
The governor also praised the work of Al-Tahrir Real Estate Company in developing and reconstructing the city of Hurghada, which had a significant impact in making a qualitative leap in the real estate and tourism investment market in the Red Sea Governorate.

AL AHRAM
ORGANIZATION

A partnership contract was signed with Al-Ahram Establishment on March 7th, 2019 in an agreement to work on Soave Residence: the new residential, administrative, and commercial project in Hurghada. The cornerstone for Soave Residence was laid on February 15th, 2020 and the project will be delivered by 2023.

Seven Stars Mall

Seven Stars Mall Hurghada is the company’s first project in the field of commercial malls. The site of the project was called Cinema Faraj, and for other companies, it was a difficult project to promote.

Andalusia Beach

Andalusia project is the company’s first project in the field of hospitality & touristic accommodation, and Al-Tahrir was able to turn the private beach of the Andalusia project into one of the best beaches in the city.

Hurghada Festival City

After the frequent successes of Al-Tahrir in the field of real estate development, a partnership contract was signed between Al-Tahrir Real Estate and the Misr for Real Estate and Tourism Investment on Sunday, September 10th, 2017, to participate in the construction of a large commercial mall on an area of 45,000 square meters in Hurghada.

A protocol was signed with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities on April 22nd, 2018, based on an idea put forward by Al-Tahrir Real Estate to establish an archaeological museum in Hurghada. This contract is the first of its kind in the history of Egypt between the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the private sector.
